Alize in Wonderland, by Patrick Dodge
4 parts Alize
1 part cranberry juice
1 part strawberry-peach juice
1 part Blue Curacao
Directions: Directions: mix ingredients in shaker with ice, strain into cocktail glass
El Dickel, by Hannah & Daniel Tulchinsky
More Dickel than Ginger Ale
Directions: Build over ice in highball glass and stir; enjoy!
Dark & Stormy, by Amy & Tom
Dark Rum
Ginger Beer
Fresh squeezed lime juice
Directions: Build over ice in highball glass and stir
Canton Negroni, by Allison Swindell
1 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton (dark ginger liqueur)
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz fresh orange juice
1/2 oz Campari
Directions: mix ingredients in shaker with ice, strain into cocktail glass or old fashioned glass
Bourbon Highball, by Jessica Nastal
2 parts Buffalo Trace bourbon
1 part Ginger Al
Directions: build over ice in highball glass and stir
Clear and Stormy, by Chris Cyr
2 parts light Rum
3 parts Ginger Beer
Directions: build over ice in highball glass and stir
Chubaca, by Jaco
1 1/4 oz Pomegranate Vodka
3/4 oz Tuaca
1 1/4 oz 100% cherry juice
Directions: mix ingredients in shaker with ice, strain into cocktail glass
Black and Blue, by Chikuan Wu
1 part Blackhaus blackberry schnapps liqueur
1 part Blue Curacao
Directions: mix ingredients in shaker with ice, strain into cocktail glass; drink many and then pass out on couch
Bourbon and Cherries, by Jaco and Dub Underwood
1 oz good Bourbon
1 1/2 oz Cherry Brandy
1 oz vanilla simple syrup
Directions: mix ingredients in shaker with ice, serve over rocks in old fashioned glass
Well, Ginger Ale seems to have had its coming out party. By far the most shared drink were various highballs with Ginger Ale and Ginger Beer, coupled with either Rum or Bourbon. Let's see if we can be even more creative next time!
